Preparing for a QHHT session is an exciting time. You will be preparing for an incredible journey that will be life-changing in many ways. Each regression is unique, and there are some practical steps that you can take to ensure a maximum experience.
To do this, I recommend getting into a nice comfortable place at a time of day where you can just relax and let your mind open into a place of exploration and curiosity.
Brainstorm the best possible questions to ask your super-conscious mind for maximum impact to chart an amazing new course for your life moving forward. There will be no limits to where you can go and what you can ask. Feel completely free … approach your life with a delightful curiosity of what matters most to you. Additionally, think back to any parts of your life where something very interesting or explainable may have happened that you want to know something about. Here are some aspects of your life you may want to ponder:
Health and Body
Through your QHHT session, we will have the opportunity to speak directly with your Higher Self and do a body scan. Your body will be scanned from head-to-toe and any areas needing energetic healing or realignment. This is a wonderful process that many feel are the greatest benefit of a QHHT session. In addition to the scanning and healing, it will be beneficial for you to list any questions that you may have relating to health, well-being, and vitality.
You are free to explore many important areas to your overall health. This could include suggestions for chronic ailments, optimal foods to eat, water needed for maximum benefit, and/or instructions on exercise and sleep needs. It’s time to give your body exactly what it needs by going directly to your ultimate source of wisdom … your Higher Self.
Are you at a crossroads in life? Have any big decisions been looming that could have a huge impact on the direction of your life experience? Or maybe it’s time to find your life’s purpose now? Now is the time to find out what you are truly meant to do with your time here on Earth. You’ll discover how to find yourself on the most profound levels. It’s time to do some soul searching on the level of your oversoul …. the most powerful and wise place to access the answers to your life’s path.
Do you have any questions about a current relationship or about a past one? This may concern love relationships, but also relationships with any loved ones, parents, brothers and sisters, children or friends.
Learn the tools to solve any conflict. Understand anyone much, much better through getting the tremendous wisdom from your Higher Self. If you are on the fence about a romantic relationship, the guidance will be here to steer you along the best course for your fulfillment of love, pleasure, and growth.
Visions, Mysteries and Dreams
Here’s the part where you can really let your curiosity run wild in a fascinating way. Have you ever had anything happened to you that seemed so wild that it was unexplainable? This could include wild, vivid dreams. Perhaps you have thought about connections to angels, guides or other higher realms of intelligence. You will be opening a doorway into the highest levels of consciousness. And there will be no limits to the answers that will be revealed.
Once you have your questions written down, please go over them again. This can take several days and you may find yourself adding new questions or leaving some out because the answers have already been found in this valuable process of soul searching.
When you are ready, either print them or write them clearly on other sheets of paper as legibly as possible. Conny will be reading these while you are in your deep state of theta relaxation, so the words should be as legible as possible.
The Day of Your Session and The QHHT Process
The Sit Down Part
The entire Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique process is open and intimate. Your special day begins with a sit-down session where you tell your life story focusing on the most significant events that have made you who you are today. It’s important to go into detail about those times in life that can be called ‘pivot-points’, where that one decision made a huge impact … a point where your life might have looked radically different had you chosen the ‘Door B’ instead of ‘Door A’. This is the time where you will also discuss relationship and career choices along with anything else that is most relevant for Conny to get a good understanding of where you are now on your life path. Everything discussed is, of course, kept in the strictest of confidence, much like a doctor-patient or attorney-client privilege. So open up and just enjoy telling your story.
Reviewing your Questions
Before we go into hypnosis, we’ll do a review of the questions that you have prepared for the sake of clarity. Conny will read them out loud to make sure that they are perfectly comprehensible. Often during this time, the discussion of the questions that you have prepared might bring to the forefront a couple more questions that seem very appropriate for your Higher Self. We usually add the final question to the series of the questions, asking your Higher Self … if there is any other information that is important to go over before we end the session.
This is where the magic happens. There are really only three things that you will need to remember to make your session amazing. Following these questions will ensure that you get to harness the power of your Higher Self as efficiently as possible with minimal interference from the conscious mind, which loves to be in control. (However, we need the conscious mind to simply accept a backseat role for your hypnosis session). Your induction will consist of a series of enjoyable visualizations and sensations. They are extremely positive and pleasant. So pleasant that even after your entire session, you’ll feel a sense of greater well-being for many, many days afterward. It’s as though your Higher Self will be giving you a gift for allowing it to come forward and speak in such an open and beautiful free-flowing manner
The BIG Three — Important Tips to Remember:
- When a question is asked, say the first thing that comes to mind and keep on going. Do not fall into the temptation of a long pause to think about or justify what is being said …. that is the conscious mind trying to take control.
- When asked to describe what you see, visualize with as much detail, color, and brightness as possible. Bring as much sensory acuity forward as you possibly can. This attention to detail will make for a wonderful experience when listening back to the recording of your session.
- And finally, TALK A LOT!! When you are feeling the energy of your experience, embrace it fully and talk lots and lots. Keep on going. Enjoy the expression of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions to the fullest.

Past Life Exploration
Now it’s time for your regression. This is where you come down and experience a different version of you for the first time. It’s extremely exciting for both you and Conny, because we have no idea what to expect. You could come down to Earth in any era as any gender within any socioeconomic strata. A king … a queen … a soldier … a healer… the possibilities are endless. You might also be tapping into higher levels of consciousness of some form. Conny has previously been surprised to explore beings beyond humanity – living as nature itself, an animal, an expert spacecraft operator from some star system. Anything is possible. For some, this may be difficult to even fathom, but your Higher Self knows exactly what you need to see, when you need to see it for your optimal growth as part of your QHHT session. Once this life is completed, you will be taken to a place of great wisdom to decipher the meaning of why this life was shown to you and what the connection to the current life is.
Conversation with Higher Self
Now we enter the next phase of your QHHT session: the direct interaction with your amazing superconscious mind or Higher Self. This is the part of you that is present every day looking out for you, very diligently, but you generally don’t feel its presence nearly to the degree of the dominant conscious mind. There is no need to worry about your Higher Self saying anything embarrassing or anything the least bit unhelpful. It is really, really smart and wise … words can’t describe its full capabilities. It loves you with so much incredible caring and depth. You’ll connect and make this relationship much, much stronger for your daily life once your QHHT session is over.
Body Scan and Energetic Healing
We start the Higher Self Q&A session off with Conny asking for a full body scan – looking for any areas that could use energetic adjustments and healing. The Higher Self is more than happy to comply. Not only is the body scanned and healed, but the Higher Self will describe the process and the rationale behind each adjustment … working down the body. This is a wonderful part of any QHHT session with tremendous benefits.
Q&A with Higher Self
Here is the part of your session where you get all of the answers to your deepest questions about your existence. Conny will ask for permission to speak directly with your Higher Self and away you will go. Much like how we have our own distinct personalities on Earth, your Higher Self has its own distinct personality. Some are soft spoken and very gentle, while others are bold and direct. They also tend to be more outspoken and direct depending upon the situation of the individual. For instance, if one is being extremely neglectful of their health making very bad lifestyle choices, the subconscious may come through all as a bit of a drill sergeant … stating a message that is very important to follow. While others who are already deeply spiritual may have a subconscious that sounds quite patient, wise and may even have a good sense of humor. Basically, the Higher Self adapts to suit your needs of this particular moment in life perfectly.
Once your questions have been answered in great detail, it will be time to go back to your normal waking state of consciousness. This does not take long at all and is accomplished through a countdown back to your present reality. It is much different getting inducted into the Theta brainwave state initially. By this time in the session, you will feel start to feel the first signs of being fidgety, and it will feel like the perfect time to end the session. Once you open your eyes and stretch out, you feel like you just took the most restful nap ever. Feeling totally refreshed and excited to talk about your experience.
Conversation about your Hypnosis Session
Finally, we will discuss your experience – going over the highlights from what you can recall. Some people remember almost everything, while others seem to immediately forget the majority of the session. And for others, the memories will gradually fade away over the next few hours after the session. Conny will then share her observations and highlights from the session. It’s the recap of a fascinating experience, and the beginning a new, very special journey.
Before the Big Day
Opening Your Higher Self Awareness
It is beneficial to start imagining an easy connection to your Higher Self to prepare you for your journey. Affirmations work very well here. Develop a very simple mantra for a minute before you go to sleep and for the minute right after you have woken up in the morning. Say to yourself that your relationship with your Higher Self is growing stronger and stronger. Say it with passion and feel it. Then briefly state several things that you are grateful for in this life. Feel the love and joy fully with each person, place or thing that you list.
What to eat and drink
The night before your session you will want to avoid alcohol completely. In fact, it is best to abstain from alcohol completely for a few days before. You’ll want to be raising your awareness not dampening it through a stimulant.
On the day of your session, don’t drink too much coffee. Stick to your morning coffee and leave it at that. Too much caffeine may make you jittery and lessen your ability to deeply relax into the theta brainwave state during your QHHT session.
Eat as healthy as you possibly can the night before and the day of your session. Avoid processed foods as much as possible. Your session will last several hours, so don’t skip breakfast. Eat good sized portions of healthy food.
Benefits of Yoga and Meditation
You’ll want to enter your session with as clear a mind as possible. If you have a yoga or meditation practice, by all means, practice the morning before your session. If you don’t do either, that’s ok too. Stop all work or potential heavy emotional conversations with others a couple of hours before your session.
Finally, enjoy the day as fully as possible. Enjoy knowing that this process has been time-tested for over 40 years by the late Dolores Cannon and advanced further by her wonderful daughter Julia. This work has been the subject of many fascinating QHHT books by Dolores. Feel free to read one or more of them prior to your session. It will help to get you more and more excited for you day.
